- 1. Entry to RaasUtsav Garba 2026 is subject to a valid ticket/pass and applicable event rules.
- 2. The event will be held from 11th to 19th October 2026 at Ambalal Park, Karelibaug, Vadodara.
- 3. Passes are subject to the category, eligibility and conditions mentioned at the time of purchase.
- 4. Student Pass holders must carry a valid student ID and may be required to present it at the venue for verification.
- 5. Female Entry – Free is subject to the event's entry and verification policies. A valid registration/pass may still be required for entry.
- 6. Each ticket/pass is valid only for the event and access category specified at the time of booking.
- 7. Tickets/passes are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organiser.
- 8. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to any person who violates event rules, venue policies or applicable laws.
- 9. Attendees may be subject to security checks at the venue. Prohibited items will not be permitted inside the premises.
- 10. Attendees are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour and follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.
- 11. The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, artist lineup, venue arrangements or other event details, if required.
- 12. In case of cancellation, postponement or changes to the event, the applicable refund or transfer policy will be communicated by the organiser/ticketing platform.
- 13. Tickets once purchased are subject to the organiser's cancellation and refund policy. Please review the applicable policy before completing your purchase.
- 14. The organiser and venue are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- 15. Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, you acknowledge that your image/video may be captured and used for legitimate event promotional purposes.
