Payment details are securely processed directly by our payment gateway providers (such as Razorpay) and are not stored on Ezytix servers.

We use your information to facilitate ticket delivery, process payments, send booking confirmations, communicate important event updates, and improve Ezytix platform performance. We also share necessary contact information (name and email) with the Event Organizer of the specific event you book, so they can manage event check-in and logistics.
3. Analytics and Third Parties
To optimize our user experience, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other performance analytics tools. These services collect anonymous platform usage statistics. We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your Rights & Choices
