Refund Policy

1. Standard Refund Terms

Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to review the specific refund policy established by the Event Organizer for that event. Policies are set individually by organizers and may vary from "No Refunds" to allowing refunds up to a certain number of days before the event starts.

2. Platform & Booking Fees

Please note that all Ezytix platform service fees, processing fees, convenience fees, and transaction charges are strictly non-refundable. In the event that a refund is issued for a ticket, only the face value of the ticket will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled by the Event Organizer, Ezytix will work with the organizer to facilitate refunds to ticket buyers. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. Refund availability for postponed events is subject to the Event Organizer's discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please log in to your Ezytix account, navigate to the "My Bookings" section, select the ticket you wish to cancel, and click "Request Refund" (if allowed by the organizer's policy). If the option is not available, you must contact the Event Organizer directly through their contact details provided on the event page.
