How do I download my tickets?

Once your payment is successful, your tickets are sent directly to your email address in PDF format. You can also view, download, and print your tickets at any time by logging into the platform and going to the "My Bookings" section from the navigation menu.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, tickets are transferable unless specified otherwise by the Event Organizer. To transfer a ticket, open the ticket in the "My Bookings" section of your dashboard, select "Transfer Ticket", and enter the email address of the recipient.

What is the refund policy for cancelled events?

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will automatically receive a refund of the ticket face value back to the original payment method. Booking and platform service fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How do I request a refund for an upcoming event?

Refund requests depend on the Event Organizer's policy. If allowed, you will see a "Request Refund" button under the specific ticket in "My Bookings". If the button is not visible, it means the organizer does not accept automated refunds, and you must contact them directly.

How do I list my own event on Ezytix?

To list your events, click on the "List your events" or "Partners" link in the footer. This will direct you to the Ezytix Partner Dashboard, where you can register as an Event Organizer, customize your profile, set up ticket types, and manage payouts.

What are the fees for selling tickets?

Creating an account and listing your events on Ezytix is free. We only charge a small platform fee per paid ticket sold, which is either passed on to the buyer or absorbed by the organizer depending on your settings. Free events have no fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway Razorpay.
