- Rights of admission are reserved by the organizer. The organizer may refuse admission or deny entry at its discretion.
- Entry is permitted only after a security check and through the designated entry gates. All attendees must comply with the security and safety measures in place.
- Re-entry is strictly not permitted once a ticket holder exits the venue.
- Traditional dress is mandatory on the event grounds. Entry may be denied to attendees who do not comply with the dress requirement.
- The organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule, lineup, timings, or other event details without prior notice.
- The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: food and beverages, outside water bottles, plastic bottles, cans, tins, bags/handbags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable materials, liquor/alcohol, drugs, narcotics, arms and ammunition, illegal or hazardous substances, recording equipment, or any other item deemed a threat to public safety.
- Security personnel may conduct thorough checks of attendees and their belongings at entry. Refusal to undergo a security check or possession of prohibited items may result in denial of entry without refund or compensation.
- This is a drug-free event. Any attendee found possessing, consuming, procuring, supplying, or using drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances will be immediately evicted without refund or compensation. The organizer reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct that may cause harassment, injury, damage, nuisance, or disruption. The organizer's decision in this regard shall be final.
- Photography, videography, audio recording, and use of professional recording equipment are strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by the organizer.
- The organizer and venue management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of attendees during the event.
- Parking is at the owner's risk. Attendees are advised not to park vehicles on public roads or in any location that may cause traffic obstruction or disturbance.
- Buying or selling tickets outside authorized counters or channels at the venue is a punishable offence. Offenders may be penalized and legal action may be initiated.
- In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the event may be postponed or relocated to an indoor venue, subject to availability. Tickets will remain valid for the revised date or venue. Refunds will be applicable only in case of 100% cancellation of the event. No refunds will be provided for postponement, venue changes, or weather-related adjustments.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control resulting in cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event, the organizer shall not be responsible for any additional claims, losses, damages, or compensation, except for refunds specifically stated under the applicable cancellation policy.
- In case the organizer completely cancels the event, the ticket fee will be refunded as per the applicable refund process. Other charges, including booking fees, internet handling fees, order processing fees, convenience fees, or parking charges, if applicable, shall remain non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Except where specifically stated otherwise, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once purchased.
- The organizer and venue management shall not be liable for tickets that are unauthorized, duplicated, tampered with, or reproduced. A ticket with tampered security features may be treated as invalid.
- Any secondary performances, supporting acts, or event lineup are subject to the artist/performer's discretion and may be changed without prior notice.
- Attendees voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending a public event, including risks related to communicable diseases or illnesses, and agree to comply with applicable health and safety guidelines.
- The organizer may collect and process certain information, including name, email address, phone number, and other booking-related information, for ticketing, registration, communication, event operations, and other purposes in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- We request all attendees to cooperate with the organizer, venue management, security personnel, and event staff at all times.
- The organizer may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
- All legal matters, disputes, or claims arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mehsana, Gujarat.
- By purchasing, accepting, holding, or using the ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
